It has a combination of a superb service and an elegant ambience. What's more, guests can use public parking nearby. There's cozy Irish bar with hot beverages.

The hotel was well-maintained and newly remodelled with unbeatable location near to the catacombs, and the park and metro. Liked the room with a minibar which was nice, my bed was very comfy. There were central heating, an electronic safe, and LCD TV. The service was good, the food was excellent. Plus, I was able to park the car nearby.

The vibe here was elegant. My standard king room had modern conveniences, including an individual safe, an air conditioning and an electronic key card. The staff were pleasant and welcoming too. The location was marvellous and decent, for example, Museo Nazionale Romano was within walking distance of the hotel.

-Good location (relatively near the center of Rome) -Very clean room - Beautiful decoration of rooms

-Room too small -Not similar to the photos, photos were more luxurius even for the basic rooms -Expected better room for the price paid

When we asked the front desk staff what was the best time frame of visiting the Vatican and Coliseum, they misdirected us to go to the Vatican in the morning and then the Coliseum in the afternoon. They told us the Vatican gets crowded as the day goes on. We went there first - it was closed until 1:00 and we then made our way to the Coliseum and it closed at 3:30 so we couldn't get in. So are one day in Rome and we missed the 2 places we wanted to go to. Very disappointed!! Your staff should be more informed about the closing times of if they are going to suggest a time frame for sightseeing.

The smell that came from the toilets/drains In the rooms. Also, our tub shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor.

Rooms feel cramped for comfort!!! Better soundproofing is essential to block out corridor noise and neighbor disturbances. Small shower cubicles could use redesign for ease of use!!!

Had a fantastic 4-night stay with my family! We really enjoyed the beautiful shower and the cozy atmosphere at the hotel. There were some great spots to chill out right on the premises. Just a heads up, walls are a bit thin, so you might hear some noise, but it didn’t ruin our time. 😊

Unexpected shower dilemmas

Woke up refreshed after a restful night. The staff's warm greetings. The breakfast spread was good and filling!

The lukewarm shower was a letdown after long days exploring. A warm shower was all I craved, yet I faced chilly disappointments.

The staff was genuinely cute, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. My superior double room was clean and well-maintained with comfortable bedding. Breakfast had a good variety of fresh options. I highly recommend this place 😊

The hotel had a great location within walking distance of major attractions. While the rooms were small and the breakfast was just okay, the staff provided excellent service which made the stay enjoyable. The air conditioning struggled during a hot summer night, making it quite uncomfortable.

We visited the fine Villa Borghese park and explored local cafes nearby. The place was clean. Plus, it was in a great spot, close enough to stroll to major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for a fun group getaway!

Our room lacked hanging space. It wasn't a deal breaker, but something to consider for fellow travelers.
